Breast augmentation surgery is typically performed under general anesthesia and takes about 1 to 2 hours.
For added volume, a breast lift can also be combined with breast augmentation surgery.
The eyelid lift is typically performed with sedation or general anesthesia. Dr. McIntosh makes precise incisions along the natural creases of the eyelid, removes excess skin, fat, or muscle, and then closes the incisions with sutures or skin glue.
Facelift surgery typically takes several hours, depending on the complexity of the procedure. Dr. McIntosh makes strategic incisions along natural facial lines, usually behind the ears, to ensure minimal scarring.
Tumescent Liposuction: This is the most common technique and involves the injection of a saline solution to facilitate fat removal.
Liposuction surgery is typically performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation.
Breast reduction surgery is typically performed under general anesthesia and can take two to three hours.
Dr. McIntosh will make an incision around the areola, and sometimes vertically down the center of the breast (lollipop incision), depending on the extent of reduction.
There are three main brow lift techniques: the traditional brow lift, which involves incisions along the hairline; the transblepharoplasty brow lift, which involves incisions in the upper eyelids; and the endoscopic brow lift, which uses smaller incisions.
While the results of a brow lift are long lasting, they will not stop the aging process.
