- Blepharoplasty: customized, upper or lower lids
Blepharoplasty is highly customized to each patient’s unique needs. It can be performed on the upper, lower or both lids to give the eyes a more youthful, wide-awake look, broaden your field of vision, eliminate under-eye bags or create an upper eyelid crease.
- Blepharoplasty: candidates in good health
Ideal candidates for traditional eyelid surgery are adults in good health with drooping or uneven eyelids or under-eye bags. East Asian blepharoplasty can be performed on any adult in good health lacking an upper lid crease.
- Rhinoplasty: two approaches, open and closed
There are two primary approaches to rhinoplasty which we perform at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery: open and closed.
- Open rhinoplasty
Instead, for more dramatic and precise results, we usually recommend open rhinoplasty. In this technique, an incision is made on the columella, the small area of tissue between the nostrils.
- Rhinoplasty: often combined with septoplasty
In many cases, patients require septoplasty (adjustment of the septum) as part of their rhinoplasty.
- Facelift: two incisions, temples to earlobes
To perform a facelift, the surgeon makes two incisions starting approximately at the temples and running down around the earlobes to the back of the neck.
- Endoscopic breast augmentation
Endoscopic breast augmentation increases breast size through the insertion of silicone or saline implants via a tiny incision.
- Breast augmentation: camera-assisted, axillary incision
Endoscopic breast augmentation is performed with the assistance of a camera, which eliminates the need for a large incision that results in a large scar.
- Liposuction: outpatient, general or local anesthesia
Liposuction is usually done as an outpatient procedure. Depending upon the surgeon’s evaluation of the patient, general or local anesthesia is required.
- Tummy tuck: dramatic results with liposuction
Results can be very dramatic when tummy tuck and liposuction are performed together.
