Botox and Dysport injections can be performed in a quick office visit to our clinic in the North Atlanta area. Most patients can be in and out within a half hour, and the injections take less than 15 minutes.
- Botox: slight swelling, redness, bruising; no downtime
The most common side effects from the injections are slight swelling, redness or bruising at the injection sites, but no downtime is needed after the treatment. You can return to normal activities after your Botox or Dysport treatment.
- Daxxify: up to 6 months versus Botox 3-4 months
Longer Duration: While Botox typically lasts around 3-4 months, Daxxify can last up to 6 months, reducing the frequency of treatments.
