London’s aesthetic clinics cluster where the city’s medical offices always have, in the blocks between the Thames and Richmond Street. Downtown holds five of the fourteen tracked books: London Plastic Surgery & Advanced Aesthetics at 123 Dundas Street, PureGlo on York Street with 433 reviews, SkinSunday on Waterloo Street, Artistic Esthetic Spa on Central Avenue, and Pinkal Medical Aesthetics at 781 Richmond, the top of Richmond Row. South of the river, Modern Aesthetics Canada sits on Wortley Road in Wortley Village and bespøke by SkinAlchemy on Wharncliffe Road South. The west end shares one address, 1067 Valetta Street, between BARE Laser & Skin and Jova Medical, with Infinite Medical Spa nearby on Oxford Street West. The largest book in the city is in the north: Skin Vitality Medical Clinic on Fanshawe Park Road West, near Masonville, with 1,047 reviews at 4.5.
Injectables are universal here. All fourteen menus list Botox, dermal fillers, lip filler, cheek filler, and jawline filler, so the useful distinctions are the brands. Dysport is on four menus: bespøke, Infinite, Skin Vitality, and SkinSunday. Kontour Medical Aesthetics on Adelaide Street North is the one Xeomin address. Radiesse reaches three books, bespøke, Infinite, and Pinkal, and SkinVive two. London Plastic Surgery is the only tracked menu with Sculptra and PDO thread lifts.
Devices are nearly as broad. Morpheus8 is on thirteen of fourteen menus, BBL photofacial and laser skin resurfacing on twelve, and laser hair removal on eleven. Body contouring is narrower. CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo, and Kybella share the same three menus: BARE, Jova, and London Plastic Surgery. Laser tattoo removal reaches four, and Infinite is the single Ultherapy listing. SkinSunday is the specialist at the other end: an injectables-only menu with no lasers at all.
Pricing is the reason people from the GTA’s western edge look this way. Botox quotes $9 to 11 CAD per unit in London, against $11 to 14 in downtown Toronto and roughly a dollar under Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo. A three-session Morpheus8 series runs about $1,900 to 2,400 CAD, several hundred under a Yorkville quote. The physician and surgeon-led offices on Dundas and Richmond sit at the top of the local range, and the multi-location operators, Skin Vitality in particular, advertise the package pricing.
Weekend access is better than most Ontario cities this size. Nine of fourteen open Saturday, the longest days being Transcend Medi-Aesthetics on Ernest Avenue in White Oaks, 10 to 7, and Skin Vitality and Artistic, both 9 to 5. No tracked clinic opens Sunday. Evenings are covered by Skin Vitality, open to 8 Monday through Thursday, and Transcend, open to 7 six days a week. Artistic closes Mondays. The calendar follows Western University and Fanshawe College: September move-in, Homecoming in the fall, and convocation in June and October all tighten injectable books, and the wedding season from May to September does the rest. Laser series start after Thanksgiving. HOPE Cosmetics in Komoka serves the west side of Middlesex County, and the city draws from St. Thomas, Strathroy, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Stratford, and Sarnia.
Ratings are tight, 4.5 to 5.0, with a weighted average of 4.81 across 4,786 reviews. Six books hold more than 280 reviews, which means a new patient can check an injector’s record at several clinics before booking. London also has a real surgical bench, four local listings led by facial and oculoplastic practices. Shortlist two or three London clinics on ClinicCompass, ask each who injects and how long they have been there, and request the quote in Canadian dollars.
