Cross the causeway into Dieppe and you find most of Greater Moncton’s aesthetic medicine. Champlain Street alone holds three of the eight tracked clinics: Dermapure at 250, the Quebec-based national chain that took over Institut Figurra, Medicalux Private Care at 760, and DermaEnvy Skincare at 988, the Atlantic chain’s Moncton branch. Two more share one building on Acadie Avenue, Krystel MediSpa in suite 103 and Lana Beauty Clinic in suite 106. On the Moncton side, Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa is on Church Street downtown, The Pink Spa Beauty is out on Mountain Road, and Bloom Health and Wellness Studio serves Riverview from Pinewood Road.
Every menu starts the same way: Botox, dermal fillers, lip filler and chemical peels are on all eight. Beyond that the brands thin out fast. Sparkle is the only listing tagged for Dysport. Dermapure is the only one for Radiesse, under-eye filler and Ultherapy, and it carries 33 tagged treatments, the longest menu in the province. SkinVive is at Bloom, Dermapure and Sparkle. Hormone replacement therapy is at Dermapure and Medicalux, the latter a private medical clinic that also does injectables.
Body work is where Moncton stands out. CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo and Kybella are each on five of the eight menus, at DermaEnvy, Dermapure, Krystel, Sparkle and The Pink Spa. Morpheus8, laser hair removal and laser skin resurfacing are on all eight. Spider vein treatment and cellulite treatment are on four, laser tattoo removal on three, and Krystel is the one listing for electrolysis.
Prices are the lowest of any Maritime market we track. Botox quotes $9 to 11 CAD per unit, filler $550 to 700 per syringe, and a three-session Morpheus8 series $1,600 to 2,100. Halifax runs $10 to 13 a unit and $650 to 800 a syringe, so the two-and-a-half-hour drive down the 104 does not pay. The two chains, Dermapure and DermaEnvy, post fixed price lists that keep the independents close.
Evenings are easier to book than weekends. Sparkle stays open to 8 Monday through Thursday, Lana to 8 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, DermaEnvy to 7 four nights, and Krystel to 7 every weekday. Bloom in Riverview keeps unusual hours: Wednesday evenings 5 to 9 plus Thursday and Friday days. Only three open Saturdays, DermaEnvy 10 to 3, Krystel 10 to 4 and The Pink Spa 10 to 6, and Krystel and The Pink Spa are the two Sunday options. Winter is laser season, and the weeks before the summer festivals and the Shediac Lobster Festival in July fill first. Patients drive in from Shediac, Sackville, Amherst and Miramichi, and from Fredericton and Saint John when they want a treatment their own city does not carry. Most clinics work in both languages.
The eight average 4.88 across 1,344 reviews, and Krystel and Bloom hold flat 5.0s. Sparkle has the deepest book at 369, then Dermapure at 214, and DermaEnvy, at 4.7, is the only listing under 4.9. Two of the eight are chain branches with corporate protocols and two are independents with a single injector, so the experience differs more than the menus suggest. In New Brunswick, injectables are administered by physicians or by nurses under a physician’s directive, so ask which applies and who the medical director is. Send a consultation request to two or three of the clinics below and ClinicCompass will deliver it to each.
