- Eyelid surgery: quad procedure, upper and lower both eyes
Quad eyelid surgery is the name for a combined procedure that includes upper and lower eyelid surgery for both eyes.
- Eyelid surgery: incisions in eyelid folds hide scarring
Upper eyelid surgery does involve some visible scarring. However, Dr. Patel keeps incisions restricted to eyelid folds. This hides the scarring from view.
- Patel Facelift
The “Patel Facelift” was designed to improve the laxity of the face, restore the fullness of the face, improve the folds, lines, grooves and jawline.
- Facelift: combined with neck lift, eyelid surgery, fat grafting

Giampappa sutures are employed: these are criss-cross sutures which allow tightening of the deeper structures and fixation to the tissues behind the ear (mastoid fascia).

Suctioning fat out of several segments in the neck is termed neck liposuction. The usual areas which are amenable to liposuction include the submental area, the jowls and along the jaw line.

The commonest procedure performed at the same time as a neck liposuction is a face lift . This combination gives a congruous improvement from the midface all the way down to the neck.
