Injections take 10–20 minutes and are performed with fine needles; most patients describe only a mild pinch. Botox results appear over 3–7 days; filler results are immediate and continue to settle over two weeks.
Results last Botox 3–4 months · Fillers 6–18 months
Dermal fillers restore lost volume in the cheeks, temples, lips, and the folds around the mouth.
A small blood sample is drawn and spun to concentrate the platelets. The PRP is then applied to the skin, typically with microneedling to drive it into the dermis. The full session takes about an hour.
The area is numbed for comfort. Dr. Malouf passes the fractional CO2 laser over the skin, customizing depth and intensity to your goals. A full-face treatment takes 30–60 minutes.
CO2 resurfacing is performed in-office with topical numbing and, when needed, local anesthesia. No general anesthesia or IV sedation is required.
Fractional CO2 laser can be used carefully in medium-toned skin.

Check two things first: whether your insurance plan needs a referral from your primary care doctor, and whether this practice is in your network. Cosmetic visits are paid out of pocket and need no referral. For a cosmetic treatment, ask who will perform it and how often they do it. For a skin check, a changing mole, a rash or anything that is bleeding or not healing, contact the practice directly and say what you have noticed.
