Aesthetic treatments in Framingham

Thirteen tracked clinics along Route 9 from Southborough to Natick, ten open Saturdays, with Botox $2 under Wellesley and the MetroWest's deepest laser hair removal bench.

See 13 clinics
Route 9 (Worcester Road)Downtown Framingham (Main Street and Concord Street)Natick (West Central Street)Wayland and Sudbury

Framingham’s aesthetic market is a Route 9 market. Seven of the thirteen tracked clinics sit on Worcester Road or its continuation: SkinMD at 50, StarBella at 855, Beyond Medical Aesthetics at 1071, Concept Medspa at 1253 and Destination Beauty at 1319 in Framingham, Skin Tight MedSpa at 1318 Worcester Street in Natick and Aesthetic Dose on Turnpike Road in Southborough. Essential Glow is downtown on Main Street and DermalTouch on Newbury Street. Natick adds Flora Med Spa and MD Esthetics on West Central Street, and the villages to the north and south add Forever Slender in Wayland and Bella Bela in Sherborn.

All thirteen menus list Botox, dermal fillers, masseter Botox and trap Botox, twelve lip filler. Dysport reaches six clinics, Xeomin two, and DermalTouch is the one menu with Daxxify and Jeuveau as well. The stimulator side is deep: Sculptra on seven menus, Radiesse on six, Kybella on four and PDO thread lifts on three. Concept Medspa by Nurse Ariany serves the largest Brazilian community in Massachusetts and its menu is injectables and threads, nothing else.

Devices are where this market outruns its size. Laser hair removal is on twelve of the thirteen menus, HydraFacial and RF microneedling on ten, Morpheus8, BBL photofacial and skin tightening on nine, laser skin resurfacing on seven. CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Neo reach four clinics each and laser tattoo removal three. The wellness menus are nearly as broad: eight clinics list vitamin injections, seven hair restoration, six each hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy and medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Pricing is MetroWest pricing, which means under the Route 128 towns. Botox quotes $13 to 15 per unit, filler $750 to 950 per syringe, and a six-session laser hair removal package $800 to 1,200 for a mid-sized area, $2 per unit under Wellesley and Newton and $3 under the Back Bay. The Natick offices quote at the top of the band and downtown Framingham at the bottom.

Ten of the thirteen open Saturdays, the deepest weekend bench in the state outside Boston: Concept 9 to 6, Essential Glow 8 to 5, Beyond 10 to 4, Forever Slender and MD Esthetics 9 to 4, Aesthetic Dose, Skin Tight and SkinMD 10 to 3, Bella Bela and StarBella 9 to 2. Flora in Natick is the one Sunday clinic, 10 to 6. Five clinics run weeknights to 7: Aesthetic Dose, Essential Glow, MD Esthetics, Skin Tight and SkinMD. Destination Beauty keeps 8 to 3 and closes Wednesdays. Laser series start after Labor Day and finish before the Cape season; the Marathon in April, which runs straight through Framingham on Route 135, is the local deadline for spring injectables. The market draws Natick, Wayland, Sudbury, Sherborn, Ashland, Hopkinton, Southborough and Marlborough.

The thirteen average 4.93 across 2,090 reviews, with Concept Medspa at 472 the deepest book, and no dermatology office among them, so every listing here is a medspa. SkinMD and MD Esthetics are physician-branded; at the rest ask who the medical director is and whether a physician, NP or RN will inject. Tick the clinics that fit below and ClinicCompass sends your consultation request to each.

Typical cost $700–$1,200
Learn more →
Skinvive treatment Injectables

Skinvive

The first injectable approved in the US to improve skin quality rather than add volume. Micro-droplets of hyaluronic acid placed across the cheeks hydrate the skin from within for about six months, improving smoothness and glow without changing the shape of the face.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Typical cost $80–$200
Learn more →
Vitamin Injections treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Vitamin Injections

Quick intramuscular shots of vitamin B12, lipotropic compounds, or vitamin blends, sold at med spas for energy, metabolism, and weight loss support. B12 helps people who are actually low in it; the rest is modest, and the shots are a supplement to a weight program, not a program.

Typical cost $25–$75
Learn more →
Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment Specialty Treatments

Vaginal Rejuvenation

Non-surgical treatments for laxity, dryness, and mild urinary leakage after childbirth or menopause, using laser or radio-frequency energy inside the vaginal canal or an electromagnetic chair that contracts the pelvic floor. Typical cost $300–$1,200
Learn more →
Peptide Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Peptide Therapy

Prescription injectable peptides, usually growth-hormone-releasing peptides like sermorelin, sold by med spas and wellness clinics for energy, recovery, body composition and sleep. Some are legal, prescribable drugs; many of the most-marketed ones are not, and the difference is the whole decision.

Typical cost $150–$600
Learn more →
Testosterone Replacement Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Also called trt

Prescription testosterone (injections, gels, or pellets) for men with symptoms and confirmed low testosterone on two morning blood tests. Med spas and men's health clinics run monitored programs; the labs, the diagnosis and the follow-up are what separate medicine from a subscription.

Typical cost $150–$400
Learn more →
Hormone Replacement Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Also called hrt

Prescription estrogen, progesterone and sometimes testosterone for perimenopause and menopause symptoms, offered at med spas as FDA-approved patches and gels or as compounded "bioidentical" creams and pellets. The FDA lifted its main warnings in 2025 and 2026; the compounded versions are the part to question.

Typical cost $100–$500
Learn more →
RF Microneedling treatment Skin Tightening & Resurfacing

RF Microneedling

Microneedling that delivers radiofrequency heat through the needle tips into the dermis, so one treatment resurfaces texture and acne scars while tightening mild laxity. Morpheus8 is the best-known brand; Vivace, Potenza, Secret RF, Virtue RF, Genius and Sylfirm X are the same device class.

Typical cost $600–$1,500
Learn more →
Nose Filler treatment Injectables

Nose Filler

Also called liquid rhinoplasty

Hyaluronic acid filler placed along the bridge or tip to smooth a hump, lift a drooping tip or straighten a mild asymmetry in fifteen minutes, lasting 9 to 18 months. It is an off-label use the FDA recommends against because the nose is the highest-risk site on the face for filler entering an artery, so the injector matters more here than for any other filler.

Typical cost $700–$1,800
Learn more →
Facials treatment Facials & Skin Care

Facials

Also called med spa facials

A professional skin treatment, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask or serum and often a device step, done by a licensed esthetician in a medical setting with access to stronger actives and a clinician down the hall. The most booked service on any med spa menu and the one with the most variation in what you actually get.

Typical cost $75–$300
Learn more →
Polynucleotides treatment Injectables

Polynucleotides

Also called salmon dna skin booster

A skin booster made from purified DNA fragments, usually from salmon, injected in tiny droplets under the skin of the face, under-eyes or neck to improve texture, elasticity and fine lines over a course of two to four sessions. Widely used in Korea and Europe; no injectable version is FDA-approved in the United States, and the evidence, while promising, is small.

Typical cost $500–$1,200

FAQ

Common questions about med spas in Framingham

Is going to a med spa safe?

Yes, when you pick the right one. Med spas with physician oversight (an MD or DO medical director) and treatments performed by licensed RNs, NPs, PAs, or physicians have a strong safety record. The biggest safety risks come from undertrained operators using aggressive settings, off-brand products, or skipping proper screening. In Framingham, all clinics listed on ClinicCompass include verified Google ratings. Read the review themes (look for consistent mentions of cleanliness, professionalism, and clear communication) before booking.

What should I expect at my first med spa appointment?

Most first visits start with a 20–45 minute consultation (no actual treatment yet). The provider will ask about your goals, medical history, medications, and budget; they'll examine the relevant area and recommend specific treatments. You should leave with a written plan, clear pricing, and realistic expectations of results. If you feel rushed, pressured to commit on the spot, or upsold on treatments you didn't ask about, that's a red flag. Walk away and consult elsewhere.

What's the difference between Botox and Dysport?

Both are botulinum toxin type A: same active mechanism, slightly different formulations. Dysport tends to onset 1–2 days faster and may spread slightly more (useful for broad areas like the forehead). Botox is more localized (useful for precise areas like around the eyes). Duration is similar (3–4 months for both). Per-unit pricing differs but the per-treatment cost is comparable. The biggest factor in your results is your injector's skill, not the brand.

Can I drink alcohol before getting Botox or fillers?

Skip alcohol for 24 hours before injectables and for at least 24 hours after: alcohol thins the blood and significantly increases bruising risk. If you bruise easily or are getting a larger treatment, extend to 48 hours afterward. Also avoid blood-thinning supplements (vitamin E, fish oil, garlic, gingko) and OTC NSAIDs (Advil, aspirin) for 5–7 days before treatment unless medically necessary.

What's the best age to start Botox?

There's no universal "right" age. Most providers recommend starting in your late 20s or early 30s for "preventative Botox," small doses to soften dynamic wrinkles before they set permanently. Starting later (40s, 50s) is also effective; you'll just be treating existing lines rather than preventing them. The best starting point is whenever expression lines start bothering you at rest, not just when you smile or frown.

How do I know if a med spa is using real products?

Three checks: (1) Real Allergan, Galderma, AbbVie, or Revance products come in branded packaging. Your provider should be willing to show you the vial or box before injecting. (2) Pricing well below market is the biggest red flag: counterfeit or smuggled product is dramatically cheaper. (3) Loyalty program enrollment (Allē for Allergan products, ASPIRE for Galderma) requires the clinic to be a verified buyer of real product. If a Framingham clinic offers Allē or ASPIRE rewards, it's selling authentic product.
