Dr. Tabbal practices in Frisco, Texas, serving patients from Plano, Prosper, McKinney, Allen, and throughout the greater Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. His practice centers on aesthetic breast surgery — including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and breast revision — along with body contouring such as the mommy makeover, tummy tuck, and liposuction, and facial rejuvenation with facelift and neck lift surgery. His approach is thoughtful, candid, and never pressured. Dr. Tabbal believes a plastic surgeon should serve as a trusted guide rather than a salesperson, and should be equally willing to recommend surgery, a nonsurgical option, or no procedure at all.

In their words

North Texas Plastic SurgeryNote that while a breast lift doesn’t change the volume of the breasts, it is possible to combine this procedure with a breast augmentation or reduction.
Dr. Dallas Robert Najera- Najera Plastic SurgeryIf sagging is present, a breast lift with implants may be recommended, which is a popular procedure that combines breast augmentation and breast lift surgery to enhance volume and give the breasts a firmer feel and a more youthful projection.
Frisco Plastic Surgery & MedSpaBreast augmentation can be combined with other procedures such as a mommy makeover or breast lift , which will increase the overall cost of treatment.
Solomon Plastic SurgeryImplants are not always necessary. A lift alone is often enough to create a full, rounded shape if you have sufficient natural tissue. To explore your options for a breast lift in Dallas, schedule a private consultation with Dr. Solomon at our certified facility.
Walker Plastic Surgery & Med SpaPatients with significant extra, loose skin and those whose nipples are low on the breast may require some breast reshaping (a Breast Lift/ Mastopexy ) in addition to or instead of a Breast Augmentation for the best outcome.

Lone Star Plastic Surgery: Dr. Sean HillHis approach is designed to create a full contour while avoiding the flat or deflated appearance that can result from skin removal alone, producing natural-looking results for breast lift patients.
Cox Cosmetic SurgeryDuring breast lift, Dr. Joshua Cox can make your breasts slightly smaller or add an implant to restore volume to the breast.a periareolar breast lift, also referred to as a Benelli mastopexy can be performed. This type of breast lift involves a scar only around the nipple

FAQ

Breast Lift in Frisco: common questions

How much does Breast Lift cost in Frisco?

Breast Lift generally runs $7,000–$14,000 per procedure, and each Frisco clinic sets its own price. The biggest variables are the provider's experience level and the specific device or product used. Newer technology and senior injectors price at the upper end. Pricing is quoted in US dollars (USD). Request a consultation from any of our listed Frisco clinics for a personalized quote.

When will I see results from Breast Lift?

Initial results in 2–4 weeks, with full results developing over 3 months as collagen builds. Frisco providers typically schedule follow-ups to track progress.

How often should I get Breast Lift?

Maintenance schedules vary. Most Frisco providers recommend periodic refresh sessions every 6–12 months once optimal results are achieved.

Do I need a lift, implants, or both?

The simplest test is where your nipple sits relative to the fold beneath your breast. If it sits at or below that fold, a lift is what repositions it, and implants alone will not fix that. If your breasts sit high enough but have lost fullness at the top, implants restore that volume. Many patients want both, which is a combined augmentation with mastopexy, a longer operation with a slightly higher revision rate but a single recovery.

What are the scars like?

Scars depend on how much lifting is needed. A minor lift may need only a scar around the areola. Moderate lifting adds a vertical line from the areola to the fold, called a lollipop. Significant lifting adds a horizontal scar along the fold, called an anchor. Scars are permanent, red for several months, and typically fade to pale lines over one to two years. Any surgeon offering a significant lift with no scars is describing something else.

How long does a lift last?

Most patients hold results for ten years or more, but skin continues aging and gravity does not stop. Weight fluctuation and subsequent pregnancy are the two things that most reliably undo a lift, which is why surgeons generally advise finishing childbearing first. Wearing good support and maintaining stable weight extends the result meaningfully.

Will I be able to breastfeed afterward?

Many patients can, though a lift carries somewhat more risk to milk ducts and nipple sensation than augmentation does, because the nipple is repositioned. If future breastfeeding matters to you, say so clearly at consultation, since technique choices can preserve more of the ductal system. And if you plan to have children soon, waiting is generally the better decision anyway.

Is it covered by insurance?

Almost never as a cosmetic lift. Breast reduction, which removes tissue as well as lifting, is sometimes covered when documented neck, back, or shoulder symptoms meet a carrier's criteria. If you have both sagging and significant volume causing physical symptoms, ask the surgeon's office to explore reduction coverage rather than assuming the whole thing is out of pocket.
