Kailua’s aesthetic market fits inside a few blocks of town. Uluniu Street holds three of the ten tracked clinics in two buildings: Hawaii Dermatology Centers and Skin Theory share 407 Uluniu, suites 314 and 312, and Vitaflow Wellness is across the street at 408. The second Hawaii Dermatology office sits in the North Kalāheo Avenue building at 970 with Enhance Hawaiʻi, Alohi Med Spa is on Kailua Road near the Hekili Street shops, Goddess Aesthetic Med Spa is on Maluniu Avenue, and Botox Kailua is out by Enchanted Lake on Keolu Drive. Two listings are over the Pali in Honolulu, Aloha Aesthetics MD on Waialae Avenue in Kaimuki and MW Aesthetics on Bishop Street downtown, because Windward patients cross for them and Honolulu patients cross the other way.
Every one of the ten menus lists Botox, dermal fillers, lip filler, masseter Botox and trap Botox. The neurotoxin alternatives are thin: Dysport is at the two Hawaii Dermatology offices only, Jeuveau at Aloha Aesthetics and Botox Kailua, and Xeomin at Vitaflow alone. Botox Kailua is the one Sculptra listing, Skin Theory the one for Kybella and for polynucleotides, the salmon-DNA booster that has barely reached Oahu, and MW Aesthetics the only PDO thread lift.
Device and skin work runs deep for a town this size. Microneedling is on all ten menus and RF microneedling on nine, Morpheus8, HydraFacial and chemical peels on eight each, BBL photofacial, laser hair removal and skin tightening on seven. The wellness side is a Kailua specialty: four menus list IV therapy, four list medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, four list hormone replacement therapy, and Botox Kailua adds peptide therapy. Three menus list hair restoration and three laser tattoo removal.
Pricing is Honolulu pricing. Botox quotes $14 to 16 per unit, filler $800 to 1,000 per syringe, and a six-session laser hair removal package $900 to 1,400 for a mid-sized area, roughly 15 percent over the mainland West Coast suburbs that Oahu patients price-check on a trip. Kailua carries no discount against town, and the Kaimuki and downtown listings are not cheaper either. The savings here is the drive, not the quote.
Eight of the ten open Saturdays, which is rare anywhere. Alohi runs 7 am to 8 pm Saturdays and Sundays, Aloha Aesthetics 8:30 to 5, Skin Theory 10 to 5, Goddess 10 to 3, Enhance and Vitaflow 9 to 2, MW Aesthetics noon to 4 and Botox Kailua 10 to noon; Vitaflow adds Sunday mornings. Botox Kailua books weekdays 8 am to 8 pm, the longest weekday hours on the Windward side. Only the two dermatology offices are weekday-only, 8 to 4:30. There is no laser off-season when the beach never closes, so clinics here enforce sun avoidance between sessions instead; injectables fill before the December holidays and ahead of spring break visitors. The market draws Kaneohe, Waimanalo, Lanikai and the families at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, who turn over every few years and keep new-patient slots moving.
The ten average 4.96 across 1,227 reviews, seven at a flat 5.0, but the two Hawaii Dermatology offices hold 684 of those reviews between them and are the physician-led books. Aloha Aesthetics MD is the other physician-named practice; at the rest ask whether a physician, NP or RN injects and who the medical director is. Tick the clinics that fit below and ClinicCompass sends your consultation request to each.
