The 18 Best Plastic Surgeons in Salt Lake City (2026)
Salt Lake City runs one of the more active cosmetic surgery markets per capita in the country, with eighteen practices clearing our rating bar along the Highland Drive corridor and out into the southern suburbs. Body contouring and facial work both have real depth, and several practices hold review volumes in the high hundreds. Utah pricing runs moderate and the market draws from across the Mountain West. Below, practices ranked by real Google rating weighted by review volume. Verify American Board of Plastic Surgery certification and accredited facility status.

How to vet a plastic surgeon
Three checks before any consultation deposit: certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (in Canada, Royal College certification, FRCSC), surgery performed in an accredited facility, and a direct answer to "how many of my exact procedure do you perform each year?" A reputable surgeon welcomes all three questions. Be cautious with heavy discounting and package deals: surgery is the wrong purchase to optimize on price.
