See 12 clinics
Crocker Road / Crocker ParkDetroit RoadCenter Ridge RoadAvon (Detroit Road west)

Crocker Road is Westlake’s medical spine. Associates in Dermatology at 2205 carries 1,798 reviews at 4.9, the deepest book on the West Shore, Apex Skin at 4350 carries 1,605, and The Skin Center sits at 2209. Detroit Road is the med spa row: Revital Medical Aesthetics at 24600, Glamour Luxe at 26167, Advanced Skin Renewal at 26202, Face to Face Spa at the Promenade at Crocker and Mintpink at 30673. Spa West on Center Ridge Road, 762 reviews, is a day spa with a medical side. Detroit Road continues west into Avon, where Radiant Divine is at 33568 and Vitality Health at 34970, and Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness is on Walker Road in Avon Lake.

Dermal fillers, lip filler, cheek filler and jawline filler are on all twelve menus and Botox on eleven. Dysport is on five, Advanced Skin Renewal, Associates in Dermatology, Lake Erie, Revital and The Skin Center; Daxxify is at Revital and The Skin Center, Associates in Dermatology is the one Jeuveau listing and Revital the one for Xeomin. Sculptra reaches four menus, Kybella three and Radiesse two, Radiant Divine and The Skin Center. HydraFacial is on ten menus and facials on seven.

Microneedling, chemical peels and dermaplaning are on eleven menus, laser hair removal on nine, laser skin resurfacing, RF microneedling and skin tightening on seven each and BBL photofacial on six. Branded Morpheus8 is rare, only Mintpink and Vitality Health. Body work: Emsculpt Neo at Radiant Divine, Spa West and The Skin Center, CoolSculpting at Associates in Dermatology and The Skin Center, Ultherapy at Spa West and The Skin Center, and Radiant Divine is the one Emface listing. Medical weight loss with tirzepatide is on six menus and semaglutide on seven, hormone replacement therapy is on six, and hair restoration on four.

Botox quotes $10 to 13 per unit, a dollar over Cleveland proper and level with the Avon corridor, which keeps Rocky River and Bay Village patients driving west on Detroit Road instead of east to Beachwood. Filler runs $550 to 750 per syringe and a three-session Morpheus8 package $1,900 to 2,500. The two dermatology practices post the highest rates; the Avon pair and the Detroit Road suites sit lowest.

Six of twelve open Saturdays: Spa West 9 to 6 with Sundays 9 to 5, the one Sunday book, Mintpink 10 to 6, Face to Face 10 to 5, Glamour Luxe 9:30 to 4, Revital 8:30 to 3 and Vitality 9 to 1. Weeknights are the deeper option: Spa West to 9 Tuesday through Thursday, Face to Face to 8 Tuesday through Friday, Revital and The Skin Center to 7 Tuesday through Thursday, Radiant Divine to 7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Associates in Dermatology opens at 7 every weekday and Apex at 7:30 on Tuesdays and Fridays; neither opens Saturdays. Laser series start once the lake-effect snow arrives in November and finish before Huntington Beach opens; injectables peak in late May and before the Crocker Park holiday weekends. Patients come from Bay Village, Rocky River, Avon, Avon Lake, North Olmsted, Fairview Park, Lakewood and North Ridgeville.

The twelve average 4.78 across 5,444 reviews, 3,403 of them at the two dermatology practices, and four hold a flat 5.0: The Skin Center at 123, Advanced Skin Renewal at 110, Lake Erie Aesthetics at 91 and Mintpink at 76. Associates in Dermatology and Apex Skin are the board-certified dermatology options, so a Sculptra plan or a deeper laser setting has a physician on Crocker Road. Westlake’s surgeons, Raj Plastic Surgery on Detroit Road and Dr. Bryan Costin’s oculofacial practice on Center Ridge Road, are a short list; Cleveland’s benches are 20 minutes east. Pick two or three clinics below and ClinicCompass will send your consultation request to each of them.

Peptide Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Peptide Therapy

Prescription injectable peptides, usually growth-hormone-releasing peptides like sermorelin, sold by med spas and wellness clinics for energy, recovery, body composition and sleep. Some are legal, prescribable drugs; many of the most-marketed ones are not, and the difference is the whole decision.

Learn more →
Testosterone Replacement Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Also called trt

Prescription testosterone (injections, gels, or pellets) for men with symptoms and confirmed low testosterone on two morning blood tests. Med spas and men's health clinics run monitored programs; the labs, the diagnosis and the follow-up are what separate medicine from a subscription.

Typical cost $150–$400
Learn more →
Hormone Replacement Therapy treatment Wellness & IV Therapy

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Also called hrt

Prescription estrogen, progesterone and sometimes testosterone for perimenopause and menopause symptoms, offered at med spas as FDA-approved patches and gels or as compounded "bioidentical" creams and pellets. Typical cost $600–$1,500
Learn more →
Nose Filler treatment Injectables

Nose Filler

Also called liquid rhinoplasty

Hyaluronic acid filler placed along the bridge or tip to smooth a hump, lift a drooping tip or straighten a mild asymmetry in fifteen minutes, lasting 9 to 18 months. It is an off-label use the FDA recommends against because the nose is the highest-risk site on the face for filler entering an artery, so the injector matters more here than for any other filler.

Typical cost $700–$1,800
Learn more →
Facials treatment Facials & Skin Care

FAQ

Common questions about med spas in Westlake

Is going to a med spa safe?

Yes, when you pick the right one. Med spas with physician oversight (an MD or DO medical director) and treatments performed by licensed RNs, NPs, PAs, or physicians have a strong safety record. The biggest safety risks come from undertrained operators using aggressive settings, off-brand products, or skipping proper screening. In Westlake, all clinics listed on ClinicCompass include verified Google ratings. Read the review themes (look for consistent mentions of cleanliness, professionalism, and clear communication) before booking.

What should I expect at my first med spa appointment?

Most first visits start with a 20–45 minute consultation (no actual treatment yet). The provider will ask about your goals, medical history, medications, and budget; they'll examine the relevant area and recommend specific treatments. You should leave with a written plan, clear pricing, and realistic expectations of results. If you feel rushed, pressured to commit on the spot, or upsold on treatments you didn't ask about, that's a red flag. Walk away and consult elsewhere.

What's the difference between Botox and fillers?

Different treatments for different problems. Botox is a neurotoxin that relaxes the muscles causing expression wrinkles (forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet). It doesn't add volume. Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra) add volume to soft tissue, replacing what aging has depleted in cheeks, jawline, lips, smile lines. Most patients over 35 use BOTH: Botox for the upper face, fillers for the lower face. A consultation will tell you which is right for your specific concerns.

When will I see results from CoolSculpting?

Early changes appear around 3 weeks after treatment. The most dramatic results show at 1–3 months as your body clears the destroyed fat cells through the lymphatic system. Clinical studies report an average 20–25% fat reduction in the treated area per session. Westlake CoolSculpting providers usually schedule a 90-day follow-up to assess results and discuss whether a second session is warranted.

Is there downtime after laser treatments?

It depends on the laser. Non-ablative lasers (Fraxel, BBL, laser hair removal) typically have 1–3 days of redness. You can usually return to work the next day. Ablative laser resurfacing (CO2, Erbium) requires 1–2 weeks of more visible recovery with peeling and redness. Your Westlake provider will give specific timeline guidance based on which laser they're using and the treatment intensity.

What questions should I ask at a med spa consultation?

Bring these: (1) What exactly will you use (specific product, device, settings)? (2) How many of these treatments have you personally done in the past year? (3) What results can I realistically expect, and what can't I expect? (4) What are the risks, and what's your plan if something goes wrong? (5) Can I see before-and-after photos of YOUR work on someone with my concern? (6) What's the total cost, all-in? (7) What happens if I'm not happy with my results? Honest providers welcome these questions; defensive ones are a red flag.
