All Botox injections are performed by Dr. Craig Singer. He does not use a nurse injector or physician assistant. After examining your facial movements, he precisely maps each injection site, because the nuances of facial anatomy are what separate a natural result from a frozen one.
Dr. Singer may recommend Radiesse, a hyaluronic acid filler , another injectable treatment, or a combination approach based on your anatomy and treatment goals.
Dr. Craig Singer personally injects Restylane and Revanesse hyaluronic acid fillers for lips, cheeks, and folds across Metro Detroit.
Application of glycolic acid produces a mild stinging sensation during the chemical peel and the acid is neutralized with sodium bicarbonate and water. A hand held fan helps reduce the burning sensation. Mild redness typically develops but resolves within a day.
Microneedling is well tolerated with minimal discomfort. The skin is pre-treated with a topical anesthetic which renders the procedure virtually painless.
The microneedling procedure is normally completed within 30 minutes depending on the required treatment and anatomical site.
