The results of hyaluronic acid injectable fillers are almost immediate and may last up to 8 months.
Your doctor will decide on the appropriate number of treatment sessions and the amount of Sculptra you will need. Results will differ for each person, although, in a clinical study, treatment results lasted up to two years or longer.
Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® are all neuromodulator injectables that can smooth away lines and wrinkles. Results from these injectable wrinkle treatments typically last about 3-4 months.
Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers, such as Juvederm®, Restylane®, Perlane®, and Belotero®, can add volume to your mid-face and your lips for up to a year.
Radiesse® is a calcium-based filler that lasts for 12-18 months in the mid-face area, and Sculptra® is a semi-permanent dermal filler made from poly-L-lactic acid that's ideal for replacing lost volume even in larger areas of your face.
Neuromodulator injections take about 10 minutes to perform and last an average of 3-4 months. After 3 or 4 injections, neuromodulators have been noted to have a long-lasting effect in the elimination of the deep furrows between the eyebrows, forehead wrinkles and crow’s feet.
Chemical peels can treat a range of skin problems. Your physician will review your medical history, age, skin type, pigmentation, and consider your desired result to determine the best course of treatment for you. Recovery after a chemical peel varies depending on the depth of the peel.

Check two things first: whether your insurance plan needs a referral from your primary care doctor, and whether this practice is in your network. Cosmetic visits are paid out of pocket and need no referral. For a cosmetic treatment, ask who will perform it and how often they do it. For a skin check, a changing mole, a rash or anything that is bleeding or not healing, contact the practice directly and say what you have noticed.
